He pointed that developers never resist investment and projects, and many of them are able to carry out asset securitization in America by themselves, and directly copy the model through which they have made money in China in such links as acquiring, developing and selling land to foreign countries, which to be honest maintain high risks for developers. As for funds, overseas investment oriented to fund shall be based on investment to ensure the stabilization of benefits and capitals of investors, making investment in fund more conservative as opposed to that of developers. Besides, investment in fund focuses more on the counterparty, so it’s of paramount importance to seek a superior partner that has a great development capability and an intimate knowledge of the local market and loan services. Such partners can protect funds and investors against risks to some extent.
