Currently, with financing for China’s real estate enterprises caught in a tight corner and the recession of China’s real estate market after “golden decade”, real estate PE grows in this fertile soil found and rises sharply. Twenty-eight single awards including “New Style Award”, “Integrated Real Estate Award” and “Financial Knight Award” were respectively won by teams and individuals from more than 20 enterprises and institutions such as Shenzhen Taskin, RSUN Capital, Herong Investment, Gopher Asset Management, Hengshan Group and Yopark Investment Management.
