On April 26, 2018, the “2018 China Real Estate Financial Innovation Summit” sponsored by Elite Society of 100 in China Real Estate Fund Management and supported by Bai Shi Hui City Renewal Research Institute, was held at Gaohe Lanfeng Mansion in Beijing. The event was presided over by Mr. Chen Fangyong, founder of Elite Society of 100 in China Real Estate Fund Management and president of Bai Shi Hui City Renewal Research Institute, and Ms. Liu Xiaolan, a senior specialist. Taking the opportunity of celebrating the 5th anniversary of the establishment of Elite Society of 100 in China Real Estate Fund Management, the event brought together outstanding figures from the real estate and real estate fund industries to discuss the development direction of real estate fund business under the new situation. Mr. Xu Yafeng, president of WINS Investment, was invited to attend the summit, participated in the summit dialogue on “What Kind of Financial Innovation Does Real Estate Enterprises Need in the 100 Billion Era” and delivered an important speech. Mr. Xu briefly introduced the history and development process of WINS Investment, expounded WINS' own advantages and business direction, and clearly pointed out the innovation optimization and development direction of future real estate funds.

 

President Xu pointed out that as a wholly-owned subsidiary of Gemdale, WINS Investment has given full play to its core competitive advantage as a background fund company for real estate developers since Gemdale and UBS initiated the establishment of the first real estate USD fund in cooperation in 2008, and since the establishment of WINS Investment under “One Body, Two Wings” Strategy of Gemdale in 2010. It has not only strong ability to expand investment, distinguish risks and control, but also the ability to manage assets for capital, operation and brand output. Under the current new regulatory situation with stricter restrictions on credit investment, WINS Investment has given full play to its core competitiveness. In the cooperation with small and medium-sized real estate developers, it has exerted its own operation ability and greatly reduced the investment risk. In the development of the stock market, the company has also made a lot of efforts and attempts. Last year, it successfully securitized the assets of the Shanghai No.8 Bridge Project, which is also the first single cultural creative park ABS business in China.
