Responsibilities:

1．Develop and track new project resources, excavate investment project resources and information, carry out due diligence and evaluation on interested projects or investment targets, finish preliminary project screening, negotiation, transaction structure design, etc.;

2．Conduct project investment feasibility analysis, and finish project analysis reports;

3．Participate in project negotiation, draft investment plans, and conduct negotiation on project investment conditions and legal documents, process tracking, later-stage evaluation, etc.;

4．Carry out risk monitoring over investment projects;

5．Assist to design investment withdrawal plans;

6．Coordinate the relationship with all parties related to investment projects;

7．Finish other work assigned by the superior.

  Requirements:

1．Bachelor’s degree or above, full-time graduate from a key university if bachelor’s degree. Compound talents with the background of both law and finance preferred;

2．More than five years of working experience in real estate fund or trust companies, independently finished or led a team to finish one transaction of real estate project investment, those with successful experience of more than one transactions preferred;

3．Candidates who have such qualifications as fund, securities or lawyer qualification certificates, or hold a CPA certificate or other financial or legal certificates, or pass the national judicial examination, preferred;

4．Candidates who are familiar with due diligence, feasibility study and management of project investments preferred;

5．Candidates who have project resources or fund-raising resources preferred;

6．Quick thinking, strong logicality, keen risk insights;

7．Good ability in oral and written expression, strong communication skills, excellent organization and coordination ability, have team spirit;

8．Frequent travelling needed.
