Responsibilities:
1. Develop project channels according to the company’s standards and strategies;
2. Be responsible for screening, evaluation, initiation, internal reporting, investment strategy resolution and risk control suggestions of asset or equity M&A projects;
3. Organize to carry out due diligence, and coordinate the relationship with each agency related to project investment M&A;
4. Be responsible for transaction negotiation, transaction structure design, connecting with capital solutions and completing transactions;
5. Select and evaluate a third party, and manage the work of such third party, including professional asset management company, agency company, consulting company, appraiser, lawyer, accounting firm, etc., to ensure the smooth progress of acquisition, sale and project operation according to the business plan;
6. Monitor the operation of invested projects, and be responsible for maximizing project benefits at the time of withdrawal from such projects;
7. Finish other tasks assigned by the company.
Requirements:
1. More than seven years of working experience in real estate investment M&A;
2. Have abundant resources, interpersonal connections and profound market understanding within the industry, able to explore potential investment opportunities;
3. Familiar with development and operation management model of real estate business in each type;
4. Rich experience of business negotiation, skilled at investment analysis, and have successful investment cases;
5. Dependable disposition, Strong interpersonal skills, good team player, able to work under high pressure, frequent travelling required;
6. Candidates with the education background of economics, real estate finance and financial management preferred.
