Making investment in project companies which need to be financed and that have a desirable expected cash flow. In the investment period, the fund holds and pledges the majority shares of the project companies. Project lands/constructions in process are mortgaged to the entrusted lending bank of the fund. The original shareholders and actual controllers undertake the joint liability guaranty, etc., so as to ensure the fund security.
